We grow fruits and vegetables using traditional organic methods. We are not certified organic. Our garden is 3 acres in size, and is worked as a part-time enterprise.
We will return to The Certified Arkansas Farmers Market (CAFM) 520 N Main NLR on Saturdays, 7am until noon next April, 2010.
This winter we are using the old-fashioned Victorian hotbed, where fresh horse manure is buried under 1 to 2 feet of soil and the decomposing manure gives off enough heat to keep the vegetables warm in the soil above.
